Every piece is made with love and carefully checked before it reaches you. Since our pieces are made in limited quantities, all sales are final.
We do, however, accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery in case of a genuine size issue or if you receive a damaged/incorrect item.
Exchange requirements:
* Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
* Original tags must remain attached.
* Order number/proof of purchase is required.
* Exchange is subject to stock availability.
For size-related exchanges, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. If the mistake is from our end, we’ll cover the shipping.
To request an exchange, simply contact us within 5 days with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 5-day window.
